New features, new look add up to big benefits

The new website design not only has a great new look, but offers easier navigation, quicker access to product information, online warranty registration, expanded parts lists and many other great new features. The company will encourage customers to visit the website with a built-in, online incentive program.

"We built our initial website several years ago to meet customer demand with the explosion of the Internet," said John Ormsby, Marketing Manager for Dri-Eaz. "With more information about how our customers use the Web we've created a world-class site that's also user-friendly."

Exciting new online features
The new website design showcases several exciting new features including a product decision tree and the Dri-Eaz Truck. If a customer needs help deciding on the right piece of equipment, the decision tree leads customers through a series of questions before making a product suggestion.

The Dri-Eaz Truck allows customers to create an online wish list of Dri-Eaz products. The wish list can be printed out as a faxable form and sent to a Dri-Eaz distributor as an order.

"We've tried to think of everything that could save time for our customers, our distributors and our employees," said Ormsby.

Customer incentives planned
Dri-Eaz will promote the newly redesigned website with an incentive program for customers. The company plans on rewarding customers who visit the site and take advantage of its key features. Customers will be able to find details of the promotion on the home page of www.dri-eaz.com this summer. Until then, the company is keeping the particulars of the incentive program under wraps.
