Dri-Eaz expands headquarters to support commitment to quality
New building will increase product assembly & warehouse capacity

BURLINGTON, Washington - Sept. 23, 2003 - Dri-Eaz is expanding company headquarters in Burlington, Wash. to support the company's commitment to delivering high quality products and customer service. The 46,000 square foot addition, which will expand the Dri-Eaz campus by 70 percent, will house additional manufacturing, storage and office space.

"The new space will allow us to further develop our core manufacturing competency, have more equipment on hand for customers, and provide associates with a pleasant work environment."

With the added manufacturing space, Dri-Eaz will increase in-house plastics manufacturing capabilities. The company will be able to manufacture more rotomolded, plastic housings for products such as airmovers and dehumidifiers. "One of our core competencies is in manufacturing top quality housings for our equipment, and we're excited about expanding capacity to do so," Bruders said. "By manufacturing housings in-house, Dri-Eaz can ensure that the highest quality of materials and manufacturing processes are being used."

The new construction will double Dri-Eaz' current warehouse space, allowing Dri-Eaz to respond quickly to more customers needing equipment in water damage and flood situations.

Dri-Eaz currently operates its headquarters in 65,000 square feet of space in Burlington, Wash. The expansion is connected to the existing Dri-Eaz manufacturing and warehouse space, and will be complete and operational by November 2003.
