Dri-Eaz achieves ISO certification
Program Creates Scientific Reports for Restorers, Homeowners and Adjusters

BURLINGTON, Washington - February 10, 2005 - Dri-Eaz Products, Inc. has been awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certification, an internationally recognized quality management system standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), for its Burlington headquarters and manufacturing facility.

ISO 9001:2000 applies to organizations involved in the design and development, manufacturing, installation, and servicing of products. To be certified to the standard, companies must implement a comprehensive quality management system that addresses all areas of operation - from internal staff training practices to product design, manufacturing, delivery, and service.

External auditors with BSI, Inc., the world’s leading quality management systems registrar, visited Dri-Eaz headquarters in December 2004 and spent several days conducting a comprehensive audit. Auditors examined all of Dri-Eaz’ business and quality systems, including product development processes, materials documentation practices, and measurement systems for tracking customer satisfaction and supplier performance.

Dri-Eaz successfully completed the audit, and was officially ISO-certified in January 2005. The ISO certification process ensures ongoing compliance because, once certified, companies are externally audited every six months.
