Dri-Eaz and U.S. Products Form Product-Development Alliance


BURLINGTON, Washington — May 6, 2004 — Dri-Eaz Products, Inc., and U.S. Products of Coeur d’ Alene, ID, announce the formation of an alliance to develop and market new equipment for the specific industries they now serve.

“This new partnership enables us to better serve cleaning and maintenance professionals, along with those in restoration. It allows us to develop innovative, top-quality equipment to better handle their specific needs,” says John Ormsby, Director of Customer Relations at Dri-Eaz.

The alliance will help bring to market new equipment for use in janitorial, water-damage, carpet care, and restoration applications. The companies will redesign some existing product lines and market them through each other’s distribution channels.
