Freight Damage and Returns Policy
for Dri-Eaz Equipment
Freight Damage
Orders are shipped Freight on Board (F.O.B.) from our warehouse in
Burlington, WA. Shipped product is the customer's responsibility from the
moment it leaves our freight dock. This means that freight damage claims
must be filed by the recipient.
Carefully inspect your shipment upon receipt! If there are
is visible damage, note this on the waybill before you sign and notify
the carrier.
In case of freight damages, contact the Dri-Eaz Service Department immediately. Dri-Eaz is not responsible for freight-damaged items, but we
are often able to assist with the claims process.
Product Returns
To return a Dri-Eaz product, please contact the Dri-Eaz Sales
Partner/Distributor you purchased through and ask about their return
policy. Return policies may vary. Finished goods may be returned for up
to 30 days and parts for up to 60 days from the date of purchase from
Dri-Eaz, subject to inspection and 20% restocking fee (see below).
If the product is to be returned to Dri-Eaz Products, Inc. you must first obtain a Return Material
Authorization (RMA) number from the Dri-Eaz sales partner/distributor you
purchased the item from. Once you receive an RMA number, you can ship the
equipment to the Dri-Eaz Service Department for evaluation. Returns are
not allowed on consumable or discontinued products.
The Service Department will inspect the equipment and
determine whether any credit will be issued. A minimum 20% restock fee
applies to all equipment returned in "new condition."
Short Shipments
All shortages must be reported within five days.
Check number of cartons or packages. Compare this count with
the total listed on Bill of Lading. Confirm that you have received all
cartons or packages pertaining to this shipment.
If quantities do not match, have the delivery driver note
shortage. If the missing cartons or packages do not show up in the next
few days, contact the Dri-Eaz
Service Department and we will reship on a new order.
You must file a Freight Claim for shorted packages. For your
protection, the carrier who delivers merchandise to your door is
responsible for loss or damages. Acceptance of the shipment by the
transportation company is acknowledgement that the articles delivered to
them were in good condition and properly packaged.
